From Major League stars tour Japan, Red Sox world series start David Ortiz hit a world series home run. Listen to the crowd, you don't even see this thing land. Had to have the replay to find this thing at the top of the Tokyo Dome. Measured at 514 feet for David Ortiz. He led the Major league stars to a 5-3 win. And look at this guy's face. It says it all.

David Ortiz hit a solo home run again in Tokyo Dome, Japan during the exhibition match against Hanshin Tigers. And this homer was followed by J.D. Drew's three-run home run in the same inning from Hanshin Tigers' pitcher Yuya Ando (安藤 優也). At the end of this game, Boston Red Sox clinched a 6-5 win over the Hanshin Tigers.

這個老影片是職棒七年的開幕戰，由味全對上時報鷹，打者正是鷹隊萬年開路先鋒曾貴章，相信老棒球球迷一定對這位開路先鋒有印象，除了安打產量高(在1996創下單季最多安打紀錄，11年後才由統一高國慶打破)，同時長打率也十分突出(生涯 0.466)。甚至在職棒五年在投手天堂屏東球場出戰統一獅時，相中投手謝長亨所投出的第一球，就把球送到全壘打牆外，創下中華職棒史上首局首打席首球就擊出全壘打的紀錄。


而味全龍隊的投手是否有些面熟呢，他就是前幾年統一獅隊的終結者凱撒，除了身材比就瘦外，事隔七年再度回台，他的招牌抬腿動作還是一模一樣。

Joe Davenport is a former American pitcher in Tainan-based Uni-President Lions Baseball Team. He was a quality starter with a 2.80 ERA from 2002 to 2004, however, at the same time he was highly controversial. Since he threw many inside sinkers, it easily hit batters when pitching were out of control. He held a record of the most HBP pitcher during a single season (2004) in Taiwanese Professional Baseball League. At the same year, he threw at least one HBP in consecutive 7 games which is also a highest record in Taiwanese Baseball League.
